Honoring Our Roots
The idea of creating an organization like Casa Azul began in 2010, with a gathering of local Latino artists and arts enthusiasts who wanted to promote Latin-American arts and culture to increase the understanding of Latinos in the area and encourage community involvement. It was in March of 2011 when those ideas became a reality and Casa Azul of Greensboro was created.
