In-Fusion Series: The multiple facets of Latino cultural integration
Casa Azul of Greensboro presents an exploration of cultural and individual identity through Latin Art in downtown Greensboro. This is an event series happening throughout the Summer 2017, exploring the dynamic nature of Latino cultures and the tendency for cultural blending throughout time. The name In-Fusion specifically refers to today’s mix of cultural identities and the ways these interact to create rhythms, visual and performing arts.
In this series, each event engages the audiences with participation and dialogue around individual experiences. We hope to learn more about how we form our own identities and to help build bridges across our community to unite us in the spirit of learning.
The word “In-Fusion” refers to today’s mix of cultures and how these interact to create rhythms, visual and performing arts.
